Donation of house will make a difference to local disabled young people
123 Campbell Street Bundall Qld to be sold at Auction 11am 15th January onsite.

The history:
In 1982 Mr Les Brightwell passed away leaving this house in his will to be sold upon the death of his wife. The proceeds of the sale to form the ‘Brightwell Trust’ which the Rotary Club of Mermaid Beach are to act as Trustees. The net proceeds are to be invested and the income to be expanded for the charitable purpose of assisting any persons who are physically handicapped.

Mrs Brightwell lived until she was 95 years old, so that is the reason the home is now just being sold.
